I want to programme the tax table to 20%. I made all recommendations (Turn Key to program, 3 - subtotal - 0125 - subtotal - 20 - cash - 0 - cash - 5003 - cash
- subtotal), and connect this tax table to the department 2, but it prints the tax in the reciept as nearly 17%. May be somebody can say what I do wrong?

Just check you are not doing the calculations wrong....

If it's VAT add on then the VAT would be £4
If it's VAT inclusive then the VAT would £3.33

£16.67 + 20% = £20.00

Don't deduct 20% from £20 as it will be incorrect.

If you want to work out the amount before VAT...

Amount / 1.2 = Before VAT

E.g

20 / 1.2 = 16.67
