Affect tax rate to plu ?

Hello i've got a problem to program uniwell lx-5700F :

I've made 2 first tax for french VAT 5.5% anbd 19.6% I've programmed my PLU with price but it is on 5.5% tax and I don't know how to switch it to 19.6.

Can you tell me how it works ?

MMM I searched during hours but when I asked i Found : if anyone got the same question : in the plu Flag 2 you've got taxable 1 item taxable 2 item etc....
