I recently had a trouble with "geller touch software" TS3500. I was trying to limit access to back office to some operators (edit by grid), but (for some reason) I blocked all operators access, including the manager. Now, anyone cant access to back office and therefore a big trouble, because a I cannot manage my stock, make reports, etc.

I would really, really appreciate some help.

Do you have a manual sign-on at the operator signon screen. If you do then try 1066 as password. If the master password in system settings has not been changed this might work for you.
Otherwise you either have to revert to the last backup or call your dealer to do this for you.

A word of advice. Don't use the grid

Thanks for your advice. I managed the situation by calling my dealer. He was fantastic. I went to C:\touch\touchcreardownutility\ and I´ve cleared all the passwords and the existing operators and automatically it creates a new automatic operator with Master password.
Do you know where I can find the Advanced User Manual?
