I'm trying to assign names to the different clerk numbers on the Casio TE-2400.
What is the easiest way to to do this? I keep trying to follow what the manual says, but that thing is useless. Their directions are either wrong or I'm just completely misunderstanding them.
Any suggestions on the simplest way to program names to clerk numbers?

Thanks, it's almost exactly the same..I realized I had skipped one step that wasn't listed on the 'Programming Clerk Names' page. You have to hit the '00' button, then cash, then subtotal.

I have one more question you may be able to help me with though. I have more than 15 clerks that need names assigned to them, but I have to re-allocate memory to add the spaces for new clers, but I can't find anything in my manual about memory allocation. Apparently it has something to do with Program mode 5 and file 7 is where the clerk numbers are listed, but I don't know the process to go through to get this set-up.

Any help is HUGELY appreciated!!! Thanks!
