hey,
trying to program the VAT to 21% but the stubborn thing will just not move off 17% ... !what

Doing the following

1 -> PO -> 21.00 -> Cash tend.

I have Vat[1] linked to department 1. I put in a charge for 1.00 . It says VAT = €0.17

on the report tax 1 to tax 3 are all set as 21%

Anyone have a clue what is wrong?
