I am unable to back up my program to either SD or USB memory. I have tried SDHC, which I am certain is too new a techology, I am working with standard SD 2gig (kept purposely small) and have formatted the card in NFTS, Fat (default), FAT32, and non-fat. Nothing works. I keep getting SD or USB fails or test. Is there some port recognition issue or something of that nature??? Thanks in advance for direction and advice.

try a 256/512meg card and format it in the 2000
they are a bit particular about the card and i have experienced the same thing myself.
re formatting usually works sdhd definitely dont work and i thing the limit is somewhere round 2 gig but i have only ever used up to a gig so cant comment on the absolute upper limit

Thank you, Andy. After many attempts, we managed to get the unit to back up to a 512 SD just as you stated. We have not been able to get the unit to back up to a 2gig USB flashdrive even though the flashdrive works on other units. I wondered if the software rev level has anything to do with it. I wouldn't imagine so. I have yet to acquire a USB flashdrive smaller than 2 gig. Finally, would you mind explaining how you format the backup media with the sps2000? I haven't figured this out. Again, thank you in advance for you advice. Regards, cjc
