Hello, I have a uniwell tx850. I have attached a barcode reader and am trying to set up my stock items. In the individual plu I have sset the item to be scanable. But when I scan it to set it up it beeps but nothing happens.

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Do you not have a support contract with the guy you bought it from ?

you should try a authorised Uniwell agent. They are very helpfull & you might have one in your local area.

sorry bad reply. what I mean is you need a cable only made by a dealer for it to work. If you rang me you would prob get a call out and a free cable :O)
