I have uniwell DX895,
my configuration is a main screen were there is the cash button. i have another screen with drink menu.
I was on screen drink, when i m done i push on the clear button to go in main screen, but is not working
I try all the buttons they works, it continue to have more things on the bill but i am not able to leave that screen.
so can t go to the main screen, so i cant push the cash button. i cant leave the transaction.

I tried X,Z1,Z2, SP = nothing happened
I tried to communicate with plm2000 = nothing happened
I tried with the S key to recalibrate the screen = nothing happened

Is there any option to reboot, to cancel, to clear ..... that machine ?

Is the clear button appearing to depress on the screen or not doing anything at all.

the most likely problem here is that the screen has been damaged/worn out the clear key position is normally the most used so will wear out first , new screen required i'm afraid
