Can anyone help please? Our QT2000-B got stuck during the Z last night... last time this happened we did a Flag Clear and all was good. This time, I restart the till with top-left pressed, wait for beep and press right of sub-total key and nothing happens... any ideas?

Or, anybody know where I can get a free download of the service manual?
