Hi all,

Have just purchesed 2 QT 6000 terminals which have been standing for some months. Terminal turns on and screen display is OK. Terminal has i button and fobs.... I know nothing about these models, display in top left hand side of screen shows: IP & IP ADDRESS, Terminal ID (ENTER ID), with OK? Yes ab bottom. If I apply the fob, an error message E003 comes up.

Can anyone please help. There are four key fobs with the system.

Dallas keys or Key fobs are for clerks, and it sounds like this terminal is in initialize mode.
First don't use key FOBs yet.
Just call the first terminal ID 1 YES, Master and when you get to a screen that looks like a keypad type in 20000 and enter.
