Hello,

My casio qt6000 electronic journal display only display transactions done before May 3rd. Everything entered into till after May 3rd are not displayed when pushed on electronic journal display button. Everything else works fine, including reseting the end of day sales.

How can I get my electronic journal display to display current and past transactions?

The electronic journal is probably full, you would need to reset it from the Z report screen.
