Hi, I have just purchased three Casio QT8100's running ICR touch software. I have managed to programme/update all of my products and functions, but I am having a bit of trouble with my printers. The setup is a till in the bar, restaurant and funcion room. So far, I have a reciept printer in the restaurant, and an order printer in the kitchen. The problem is, when ever I make a sale with any of the tills, a receipt is issued through the reciept printer, sometimes two or three are issued! It also happens when I "Total" an order (lay down a table) I have tried the switch off printer button on the start screen and the printer icon dissapers from the small toolbar at the bottom, but this makes no difference. Im assuming there must be a function im missing somewhere? Its going to cost me a fortune in printer rolls
