We have just started programming our new cash register and want to include commercial message and bottom message on customer receipts.

We have added the messages in but they aren't being displayed, found a section in the manual (pg 64 about enabling bottom message and commercial message display) for machine feature control but cannot fathom out how to enable it.

Can anyone help as its the last thing we need to do before its all finalised ready to use ! ?????

Is it still printing the default graphic logo? If it is the default address code 21 will need to be changed.
