Please can anyone help

When I try to register a sale, I get an Error Message E037.

It tells me that I have either a High Amount Limit or Low Digit Limitation

Please can somebody help me to reset this part of the program to allow me to register sales

I have never programmed that model, but most Casio are very similar.

On most models:
Turn Key to PGM, hit 3 then subtotal, press the zero key 4 times (0000) then the CASH/Tend key then Subtotal key.
Return to REG mode.
