 Post subject: Casio se-s300 error eo35

:? We have just boroug a new till. when we try to put in values like £5.00 we get error message
change amount exceeds preset limit.
can anyone tell us where and what the preset limit is ??
This error also appears when trying to do a z total.

I have no experience with that model, but I would try... PGM 3 hit the number 0 twice <Cash><Subtotal>
Turn back to REG Mode and try it.

Thank you.
We have now found the asnswer listed below in case anyone else has the same problem
• Turn key to PGM
• “Sign On” cashier, (if prompted to do so)
• Enter 3 on the keypad
• Press Sub total
• Enter 0 on the keypad
• Press Cash Amt/Tend button
• Press Sub total
• Turn key to REG
• Sign On cashier, (if prompted to do so)
• Do a test sale to make sure that the Cash Amt/Tend button is now working OK.
• If OK remove PGM Key (if no longer required) to a distant place
