I'm setting up my cash till and cannot make much sense of the user manual. In particular I have 2 problems at the moment:

1 - I want to change the receipt header to contain my company name (I thought I had done so by replacing the default "call again" with my company name, but the receipt still print's "call again"

2 - I want to add our Registered VAT number at the bottom of the receipt.

The above is as per Address Code 21 settings from page 60 and 64 of the manual.

To add your vat number to the bottom of receipt, follow the same process that you did for your company name (page 57) but change the code to the '1st line of bottom message'
