Hope somebody can help here! The cash register doesnt display or print the amount of
change due to the customer. Always comes up as 0.00 change. I have looked all through the manual but cannot find anywhere that tells you about programming this in and get the impression it is supposed to do it without the need to programme in?

Before you press the CASH button, press SUBTOTAL, then enter the amount you received from the customer (without decimal point e.g. 2000) then press CASH. Change will be displayed.

Thanks for the reply. Thankfully I managed to get help from the company I bought the till from and it seems that I had de-programmed the change function accidentally whilst programming something else in. They talked me through re programming and it now works.
