Can anyone help me to remove old owner name and address as i did follow the every instruction in programing eg * turned the key to PGM then press 2 --> subtotal ----> 0132 -----> Subtotal ----> characters ----> 00 then Cash to finish. But as soon as I switched into Reg mode its like the same nothings has been changed. So could you please tell me how to change it and from where I can download CV-10 Exe file.

Make sure you print two receipts to test it as some machines print the old info on first receipt. If it still won't show, then they may have put the logo in the wrong place. Try using 532, 632, 732, 832 when programming and see if it shows. Otherwise you can print out the programming and see where it is. get back to me if it doesn't work and we;ll do a reading. No software required to change this.

I tried everything but it doesn't work Its The company name is in the middle and In a very bold font and also in big font and i don't think they made it with Cash Machine Programming it looks like they Installed that with The Software. Or if you do think then would you like to tell me how to check if its a cash machine programming or they installed it by CV-10 software ?

Oh, right.
Try this:

Turn key to Program
3 SUBTOTAL
2122 SUBTOTAL
10000000 (1 and 7 zeros)
CASH
SUBTOTAL

Then print two receipts in REG mode and see if your logo arrives

You are brilliant. But how can I clear the memory because When i was trying to remove his name i tried 0532, 0632, 0732 and now when I am printing the reciepts my company name is getting printed on 4 diff places. Is it any possibility if I can remove company name from all these places

Now I am having another problem on the receipt WE of welcome is getting printed instead of cash underneath subtotal and total and the cash word is disappeared :S i don't know what i done

I can't remember the codes to turn off the other lines, so just program 532,632 etc with spaces and that should sort it. If it still gives problems, I'll check my notes on the headers.

Cash key is easy, you have accidentally programmed it out when doing the header

Turn key to program mode
2 SUBTOTAL
Now type "CASH" using the programming sheet
Press 00 (double zero button)
Press your cash button
Press SUBTOTAL
