My 2 yr old son as just turned the key on the register and pressed some buttons....now getting error mode E01....manual says to return to original position and finalize operation.....not sure exactly wat to do but tried to input amount etc but no good..turned off machine etc and still not working...any advice gratefully received

does it beep in every mode? if so turn it to the mode it stops beeping in and press subtotal
