I have been using my register for over a year without any problems but came in one morning and the til has changed settings. It now only prints the department headings on the journal and just prints cash and the total on the receipt where it used to print total subtotl departments and how the customer paid. Have tried resetting using the manua; but it doesn't change. Any ideas please would be gratefully received.
