HI,

I require some help with my TE-2200. I was programming a product in and some how now the system in minusing 70p from the total amount due.

for example if i enter or scan 6.20 and i enter the amount given by the customer ie 20.00 and press the cash tend, it minuses the 70p from 6.20 so it shows 5.50 and everytime i press cash tend, it keeps minusing 70p till it says E035.

How can i overcome this issue, and what has happend?

Hi.
Try this:

Turn key to program mode.
Press 0 CASH SUBTOTAL
Turn key back to REG mode and try it.
