Hi I recently bought a casio TE 2200 from another store. I want to program newly, but the only thing that apperas when I use the PMG key and the PMG mode is P1.........0 and I can't program anything. what shuold I do?

So you did a flag clear? Hold down the Receipt feed button as you turn the key to PGM, release the Receipt feed button and when you see all FFFFFF's hit subtotal.?
Turn key back to REG mode. But then you say it won't let you into PGM mode afterwards? My first guess is the clerk login you are using.

Are you signed in as Clerk #1?
