hi,

I have a little problem and i want to understand abit mroe about what i have done.

I was in program mode, and a customer came in, and i didnt realise i was in Program mode. I entered the value 169 and pressed dept 2 twise, and then enter.

I printed a PGMX list and i see what i have done but i dont fully understand it, and i would like to revert it back.

It says

dept2
0002-05
00000000000169
11-66 0000
15-66 @9.99
16-66 000000
17-66 00

I need to get the "169" back to zeros.

please advise.

Thank you in advance

Rav

Hi.
If you were entering prices for that item manually in REG mode before, then try:

Turn key to Program mode.
Press 0
Press the department button
Press SUBTOTAL

Hi Mark,

I accidently entered £1.69 and pressed Dept2 twice and then Cash Tend when i was serving a customer, but i did it in PGM mode by accident, not realising that i was in PGM mode instead of REG mode. I just want revert what i did. I usuually have have this showing on the PGMX print out

dept2
0002-05
00000000000000
11-66 0000
15-66 @9.99
16-66 000000
17-66 00

INSTEAD OF

dept2
0002-05
00000000000169
11-66 0000
15-66 @9.99
16-66 000000
17-66 00

thanks

Ok.
If that doesn't work, then you weren't just in program mode when it happened. I suspect you were in prog 3 mode and have changed the status in the dept features setting.

Try this:

Turn to Program mode.
3 SUBTOTAL
0
Now press the department
SUBTOTAL
