someone please help fix this I would like to be able to speak to someone over the phone only because Internet connection is unreliable and doing this on I pod is driving me nuts!!

error 26 is usually a check error.. can you give us more details.?

well thanks anyway, I actually got it just before we had to open... that was a long night. the manual says e026 is having to do with condiments and something else. I wrote down the solution but it's at the shop. I will post later, I know its going to save many people, haha I could probably even charge for it. why couldn't they put that manual into laymans (or is it laymens?) terms?

ok solution, sorry it took so long..
a) hit number 3 on keypad then subtotal
b) enter numbers of PLU (ex: PLU button 43 would be buttons 4 then 3 on the numbered keypad)
c) hit the button that says PLU on it. (right above RF button)
d) hit 0 (zero) on keypad
e) hit CA (cashout)
f) at this point you can repeat steps b through e for as many PLUs that have e026

g) finally hit subtotal and you are done
