My club has just purchased a used TE-2400 for use in our dining room and I am programming it up. I've already downloaded the user and dealer manuals. I've worked out most things, but am having huge problems getting it to do fixed reports and resets. I did have some success with reports in X1 mode, but couldn't get them to reset. So after changing the reporting characteristics (address 08 and 15 and also address 70), things are just not working. Any attempt to print any report in X1 or X2/Z2 produces an E003 wrong operator error. I've reset the register using the "receipt feed" feature, but the E003 error just wont go away. How can they make it so hard???
