OK, I finally upgraded my TE-900 with the TE-3000.
I got the barcode scanner working on COM2 (pretty much the same setting as the TE-900).

PGM mode 3 SUBTOTAOL -> -> 0298 SUBTOTAL -> 12000 -> CASH -> SUBTOTAL

I am now trying to get the Pole Display to work on COM3, I have searched high and low for any i/0 settings.

Here is the info for the pole display:
9600 Baud
8 data bits
1 Stop bit
Parity None

I can't find anything in the dealers manual on adding a Pole display. Did you have it attached to your TE-900?

No, I didnt have it connected to the TE-900, since that register only had one serial port.
I emailed the website I ordered it from twice and they have not replied. Because they say they offer lifetime tech support on all products they carry.
