I am trying to change the description on the flat keys and have only done this before with scanner and barcodes. Can you please advise how to when only using flat keys. Any hel[p much appreciated.

To change description on flat keys, goto PGM 2 type in the description using the Alpha Keysheet, press the 00 button, then press the flat plu key,

I have successfully programmed departments names and flat keys but I am unsure how to link and also when I ring off it is not splitting into descriptions just a total - have I messed it up .

Turn key to program
3 SUBTOTAL
1166 SUBTOTAL
Now type the dept number to link to
Press 00
Press the PLU you want to link
Press SUBTOTAL


I have tried the above from a previous post but it will not let me press plu to link just beeps.
