I have a casio TE2200 till, and i need to see what products have gone into a particular Dept.

Generally we dont allow staff to enter into a particular dept and if there is anything going in thetre how can i find out??

Hi.
The standard report includes a department report.
If you turn the key to Z, then press CASh, you should see the departments used for that day in amongst the report. If that department number isn't there, it wasn't used that day. Hope this helps

it may be pertinent to mention that what register man has told you, whilst being quite correct, WILL RESET THE DAY'S FIGURES

X mode eXamines the figures, Z mode sets the figures to Zero

Hopefully this isn't hijacking the thread. How are the "Monthly" reports zeroed - does the till do it automatically from the programmed date, or if you run a "z" monthly does that close it?
