Hi - can somebody please help me. a staff member was entering a new product and instead of hitting sub total she hit total when she entered 3 and 0071. It has come up with "wrong mode E001. I cant even turn off the computer unless i unplug it. any help would be appreciated. I have tried doing 00, cash and subtotal but still nothing happens. HELP

an update: been trying to sort something out all morning and have found that I can use cheque, eftpos function keys but when I press cash button it takes 71 cents off the total. How do i rectify this.
