i have a Casio TE-4500f. is there a way of reseting the GT1. I have purchased the till 2nd hand so would like to start with a zero total.

Hi, turn the till off with the power button, hold down the receipt feed button. top left on the keyboard, and switch back on, you should see a row of F's.
enter the number 8888888888 (no 8, 10 times) and press the check tend button, which should be the 3rd button up from the bottom right corner.
this will reset all the figures, taking everything back to zero.
