I used to have mac code error whenever I pressed any buttons when I switched on after doing some stuff. Words on the screen came in japanese (10810 reciept feed program) I think then I did 10810 on journal feed everything looks normal . When I go on reg 1 and press few buttons and press sub total or total it comes up as ERR CLK#. what do I do?

It sounds like you have a superboard in this machine. It does not program like the normal machine does. If I'm right, you'll need the superboard programming manual which I've never found in 10 years of trying. See if a local dealer can source one. Good luck.

you could try signing on using one of the clerk buttons or perhaps entering 1 into the clerk id button?

if it truly has a superboard, bite the bullet and replace the register
it will be the cheaper option in the long run.
