Hi
Ive just rented a shop and to my amaizment the previous tennant had left the till behind a TK-3200, on powering the till up it had a E004 error which I cleared with the help from another post on this forum. However the till the till doesnt respond as it should.
When in reg1 it just displays a 0 not the 0.00 as described in the user guide none of the buttons do as they should ie. date/time etc... It doesnt seem to accept any programming, when in programming mode it displays P1 0 .
I dont know if this is because it is requiring a clerk code ???? and is locked out ????

Is there anyway to do a factory reset, also is there pc-register programming software available for this till

Thanks in advance

Regards

Dave

Ps im in the Uk

It seems the till has lost all of it's programming, probably down to the battery losing it's charge.

If you want to send me a pm with how you wish to use the till (e.g number of price levels, number of clerks etc) I will guide you through how to set it up as you need it.

Regards

Dave

Bi thanks to Dave, the till is now up & running, but i must admit im struggling a bit, most of the keys on the left hand side of the till are not programmed, does anyone have a list of all the default key codes so that I can basicly get the till back to default. I do feel a bit cheeky asking but does anyone have a copy of the dealers manual or cv-22 programming software.

thanks again

Dave

The problem was the battery that you will probably need to replace if you just have the one 0 on the screen.
