Hi there, my bar in France uses Casio TK-7000 tills. We have recently had a change in tax in France on certain items (food and non-alcoholic drinks) from 19.6% to 5.5%. I would like to know how I change the tax rate on the associated PLUs.

Also is it possible to change so that certain PLUs have two tax rates eg a drink that costs 6.50€, 5€ is taxed at a rate of 19.6% and 1.50€ is taxed at 5.5%.

The manual is next to useless!
