Casio TK-T500 flag clear

Flag clear init 2 do won't work on my Casio TK-T500.
When holding the button journal feed down while turning key from off to reg mode, then the FFFFFFFFFF occurs as they should.
Then I type 8888888888 ok, but when touching sub total nothing happens but error code E004.

Subtotal works ok when touching it when FFFFFFFFFF i in display, but then the sales items is not deleted.

Press CHK/TEND not SUBTOTAL.

I have tried every singel button on the keyboard, but no. Can some button/key be not correct programmed?

Ok.
When you do a flag clear (hold Receipt feed, get FFFFFFFFF press SUBTOTAL),
it should print a receipt. Tell me what the number is next to INIT on the receipt.

Since INIT is printed two times on the receipt I give the lines on receipt.

Second line on receipt: INIT date and time
Third line: MC#01 and then the number of receipt
Fourth line: INIT
Fifth line: (C) 2000 by Casio Computer etc

Eight line: VER.: 3454
Line nine: AAILAB
Line ten: VER: 3734
Line elleven: AAJFAN
Line twelve: 00000000010800
