Casio TK7000 coming up with thousands instead of decimal

We have a customer that has a TK7000, usually when they type in 1299 is comes up with 12.99, but now it is coming up as £1299. A PGM reset hasn't fixed it, I assume this is some kind of program option, have you guys got any ideas on how to fix?

Also the till shows 0, rather than 0.00

Turn key to program mode
3 SUBTOTAL
0122 SUBTOTAL
2200000000 (eight zeros)
CASH
SUBTOTAL

Customer claims that nothing happened, and that there is a '30h' across the top of the screen now?

Could you do a Flag Clear as described above and tell us if it prints out an eleven digit code something like 00000022500 on the receipt. Please?
