Grr. Got a toughie. A customer is printing guest checks on the slip printer. A sample shows the date and time printing each time the customer pushed new balance. Machine lost memory, so I've got the slip printing again, but it won't print the date and time on new balance. It prints date and time on slip when check first opened if slip inserted first. Otherwise, new bal print only. If check opened again, it only prints extra items, no date and time until finalised then re-opened from scratch.
Is it 1822 settings? Anyone played with printing on slips?
