I cannot log on on any clerk key on my SX 7000. The clerk name comes up but all boxes are empty and nothing can be rung in.

I've got a few issues with some SX-700s. Did you sort yours out?

alright guys- did could you post how you solved it as i have a similar problem on an sx-8000
