Hi guys

I'm using an old version of the StockMan software with our UP3300 system (Master/Slave - Till 1 is the master with 4 slaves). The version is 1.06 (1999) - I dunno if there's a later version available?

Either way - I'm having an issue with communication for setting up the stock options.

I can get the software to update Till 1 - which works fine - but it won't talk to the other tills - it just lists "Finished with Errors" - the error code looking to be E05. Does anyone know what E05 indicates? (I suspect it'll mean No Communication or No Data?)

The same applies for pulling X/Z results - I can read from Till1, but it doesn't give me the data from the rest. I'm fairly sure that the software and tills are set up as necessary but I don't know if there's a setting somewhere I need to clarify?

try doing an open store in pgm2 from the master see what till it drops connection first.. start at the basics

I feel I should clarify though - the system is an existing one, been in use for several years but only recently have I been tasked with sorting out the stock software and getting it talking to the tills - the tills all talk quite happily between themselves - we Z the till at night VIA THE MASTER which of course polls the other tills...
