Hi

Having got the CV-33 software and a null modem cable I can physically connect the PC to the till but they're not talking.

When I try to receive a file from the till a little communication logo appears bottom left of the LCD screen but the PC doesn;t seem to receive anything.

Is there a simple test I can do?

PC is set to 38400 baud and port settings as standard 8 data, parity none, 1 stop, flow none.

Any pointers appreciated!
