I have just installed a CT-S2000 printer onto my Uniwell system and am having problems with the printing. The printer seems to work fine and responds to 'print bill' but what comes out is a stream of jumbled text/symbols and it does also seem to freeze the till it is attached to. I can get a status report to print and there are several settings shown, do I need to maybe change the settings on the printer or till?

Sounds like the baud rate is wrong in the till. What does the baud rate say for the setup condition print out?
