Appreciate if anyone can clarify what I need. I've bought a business with a TE-8500 and the till programming is a complete mess.

From what I can gather I need the CV-31 software and a serial cable so I can reprogramme it from my laptop. We've got so-far using the manual to programme flat PLU's but need much more in depth with pull down menus etc etc Is the CV32 mentioned a newer version?

Any help appreciated.
