Can any one tell me how to copy the information from the QT6000 to the CV32 software so I have the updated information on the PC end.

Hi

There are several ways to do this on the CV33 that I use. Would guess that CV32 has the same options.

First do a flag clear so that you know what IPL's on your till.

Then make a new branch on CV32.

Then you can either:
1. connect your pc to the till with a serial cable and load the .090 file from the till

2. save the .090-file to the CF-card on the till, connect a cardreader to your pc and import the .090-file from the CF-card to CV32 via File - options "load .090"

Silly question, where is the card slot on the qt6000 and how do I load the info onto it? !what

The CF Card slot on the QT6000 is on the top of the unit. They moved it to the left side on the QT6600

Thanks for all the info guys, got the info off the qt6000 now. I have found that this guy also has the hospitality software on his pc and it is all connected and working, does he need CV32 as well? Do they work together somehow? I can't see any link that would update one or the other or for that matter the point of having both. Can some one please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks again all.
