Download branch to pc

Hi All,

I have just bought the software for Casio (CV-33) and my Epos system is 3 years old.

Can someone tell me how I can download the all the data from the Epos system to my PC.
I want to amend plu's, prices and take backups.

What Casio till are you using?

I normally only use the CV33 for the QT6600 model but it hasn't been around for 3 years yet. I use the CV31 for QT6100's and QT6000's, TE8500's and others.

Hi Kevin,

I was wondering why you use the CV-31 for QT-6000 and not the CV-33 software. I've never used CV-33 and was quite curious about the differences. -many thanks for your input
