hi, first time on site and hoping sum1 can help please!!
bought 2 uniwell dx895 2yr ago and really only been using 1 of them up till 3 month ago when the payment and also the clear button stopped working, same is starting to happen on the 2nd machine,
is it possible to calibrate the screen to make these buttons responsive again or is it possible to move the buttons to a different area of screen, engineer from the company we bought them from was not very helpful at all and is telling us the screens worn out and wants 400+vat to repair one machine! a thought they would last longer than 1.5year before screen is worn out!
if it is possible to fix could you be so kind as to give me the run down on how to do it please as not got 800 to payout!
