I've programmed about 30 clerks on this new Casio SE-C300 till and tested three or four clerks signed on at once. All was working until I tested other clerks. Even if they're the only clerk signed on, every time a flat key is pressed the 'E049 Check Memory Full' shows. It is only for certain clerk numbers. Does anyone have an idea of what to do to clear this error, please?

Also, the 'Sign Off' key has stopped working. Don't know whether these are related.

I've only got TEN, of the 32 clerks I've programmed, working. All the others show the error. Does anyone know if this till will only allow 10 clerks, even though it allows 50 to be programmed???

Sorted the 'Sign Off' key by re programming it (Key to PGM ->4,Sub Tot->150->'Sign Off'->Sub Tot).

OK, I've been informed that when using the Clerk Interrupt function, no more than 10 clerks are allowed on this model. A bit frustrating, but I'm sure I can find a workaround.
