Hi,
This is very very frustrating!!

I have had to re program the till so that it shows the new 15% for Mon.. great. Thats done.

Only problem is the ENTER and CLEAR button now dont work. Which means I cant check progress for the day. I cant 'X' Read it, 'Z' Read it. and try to get the button back as I need the enter button to get into the programming on 'SP'

I need some serious help please!
I found a topic about this but that was for the SX700. Is there a similiar type of thing I can do for the sx7505? I tryed doing the same as the 700 but it didnt work.

Very very stuck, very stressed out and in need of someone to really help me please!

Uniwell and wedderburn like to take their weekends off, and have no 24 hour support.

There must be some other way of doing it rather than paying them to re-program the whole till again!

Hi,

It's exactly the same as the other post apart from the 3 keys you hold down will be different.

Try:
Turn the power off
Turn to SP
Hold down the 3 keys marked in Red on the picture below whilst turning back on
This will switch the machine into fixed keyboard mode, the keys may be in a slightly different position which is the only tricky part, but you can now log on as engineer, reporgram the missing 2 keys in the same way as normal, then log off and repeat the procedure to switch the machine back to programmable keyboard mode where the keys will hopefully work again.
