I have a sharp ER-1970 that will not print receipts or end of day but the journal prints ok.
The receipt is just blank except for "thank you", no numbers are printed, its the same with an end of day reading no numbers.
I have changed the ink roller
Anybody got any ideas ?

either there is a piece of paper stuck inside the paper chute
or the front paper guide is not located correctly against a locatind pin on the side frame
or the platen roller is badly swollen due to continuous use without paper being installed.
