Hello everyone and what a great site

After reading many posts on here and doing a little research I have managed to connect my ER-5200 to the utility program and download from the till. However I was surprise by the content that I received upon downloading the PLU, I expected to see for example PLU 1 Fosters Pint £2.60 which is what is programmed in the till under PLU program 200 and 300 and prints out on the till roll. What I received was a load of random numbers for PLU 1 and a price in the 100 thousands. This was the same for every PLU code. Is this normal?

I have an old version on the till 3.3 and the utility is program is 1.27.

HI you have the wrong version.. try the latest http://www.ycr.co.uk/faq/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=1388
what ever you do dont use your current software and communicate back to the register as it will screw everything up..
