Hi guys - I had a long chat with Peter on thursday and rest the till and he advised me what settings on the utility program to use ..... just after I have had a mini crisis - so not been been able to implement his suggestions in downloading the new data - I hope to do that over the weekend.

I'll keep you guys advised on progress and problems .... thanks for your interest and help

Sorry I've not been in touch ( Peter - I've not had a chance to test the things you suggested when we spoke on the phone) had a call from my sister and rushed to scotland as mother was ill.
Unfortunately she's no longer with us (but i got there in time).

Back for a few days - then back to scotland for the funeral on Monday,

Not sure where I'm up to with this problem to be honest - I think I can recall the suggestions Peter gave me when we spoke and will try those tomorrow (you might get a call tomorrow Peter!!) ...... thanks for bearing with me and helping me with the problem .... I'll be back on line tomorrow when no doubt i'll have messed up the instructions Peter gave me LOL).
