Hi can anyone help with this problem. I have an er-650 which I am trying to connect to samstock v3.5. When data sent from the computer to the till - I find that the plu's have been mixed up with the descriptions and sometimes even missing. Data retrieved from the till does not show up on samstock. Anyone?

check your version numbers of samstock
highest version of the 3 series was 3.09! not sure as i dont have that version loaded but i doubt it even supported 650s

you may well need to purchase version 4 to use it with your register
